Interested? Here's how we work.

Working with a CGI studio for the first time can feel like a black box. It isn't. Here is every step, what we do and what we need from you.

  1. 01

    Brief

It starts with an email or the form on our site. Tell us which products, what images you have in mind and when you need them. It doesn't need to be polished: a few lines and whatever files you have are enough to start.

We go through everything and come back with questions if something is missing, like dimensions, finish codes or where the images will be used.

Your part: Send CAD files or drawings, finish references, a rough image list and your deadline.

  2. 02

    Quote

From the brief, we work out how many scenes are needed and what comes out of each one. You get a fixed price and a timeline in writing, with everything that is included: images, formats, revision rounds and licence.

If the budget is tight, we suggest where to save, for example fewer scenes with more cameras each.

Your part: Approve the quote. No work starts before that.

  3. 03

    Scene direction

Before building anything in full, we agree on the look. Based on your references and your brand, we propose the setting, camera angles, mood and styling, and lock the materials and finishes you want to show.

Working with an agency or your own art director? We follow their references, mood boards and style frames just as closely, and the look is locked the same way before anything is built in full.

This is the cheapest moment to change your mind, so we take the time to get it right.

Your part: Approve the direction, or tell us what to change.

  4. 04

    Build and review

We model the products to your specifications, build the materials from your references or samples, then light and style the scene. You see the images as they take shape, so there are no surprises at the end.

Every image includes two rounds of revisions: a colour that's slightly off, a prop that doesn't fit, a camera that should sit a little lower.

Extra rounds beyond the two included are charged separately and added to the invoice. If your images go through a longer approval chain, for example an agency and its client, tell us in the brief so we can plan for it.

Your part: Review the images and send your feedback, ideally gathered in one message per round.

  5. 05

    Final images

Once approved, the images are rendered at full resolution and delivered in the formats you need: large-format print, web, e-commerce and social crops.

You get an exclusive, worldwide licence, so your dealers and the press can use them too.

Your part: Download the images and use them anywhere.

  6. 06

    After delivery

With your agreement, we archive and back up the scene for at least five years. When a new colour, product or campaign comes along, we start from what already exists instead of from scratch.

Your part: Come back whenever you need new images.

Who you work with

One artist handles your project from the brief to the final images. No account managers and no hand-offs to a junior team: the person you talk to is the person building your scene.

We work directly with brands, and with agencies and producers who run the project for their client.

Wherever you are

We work remotely with brands across Europe, the UK and North America, mostly by email, with calls when they help. On your project days, we shift our hours to overlap with your time zone.

Timing

The timeline depends on how much needs modelling, how many images you need and how quickly reviews come back. It is agreed in the quote, so you can plan around print and launch dates.

Confidentiality

We often see products months before they launch. Your files and images stay confidential, and we are happy to sign an NDA before you send anything.

One project or ongoing work

Every collaboration starts with one project. If the work keeps coming after that, you can reserve production days every month instead of getting a quote for each job.
