Privacy
Who is responsible. Martin Ratka (VizPit), at the address above. For anything about your data, write to martin@vizpit.com.
What we collect. Only what you send us: through the brief form (name, company, email, product category, message, deadline, file link, and the page and language you sent it from) or by email.
Why. To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and carry out any project that follows. The legal basis is steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (GDPR art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
Who handles it for us. The brief form is delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms. Our email is hosted by Google. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes visitors’ IP addresses to deliver and protect the site; it also tells the page which country you’re in, so prices show in your currency and we can suggest your language (nothing is stored). Some of these providers are based in the United States; transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
How long. Enquiries are kept for up to 3 years after our last contact. If we work together, invoices and accounting records are kept for 10 years, as French law requires.
Cookies. This site sets no cookies. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies, doesn’t identify you and only gives us totals (pages viewed, country, where visitors came from). Your chosen language, and the fact that you closed the cookie notice, are saved in your own browser only; they never reach us.
Your rights. You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, or receive a copy. Just email us. You can also complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
